Visitors and household members

A Home account represents your household. Its Perimeter defines the property’s area, and Entries mark contact points such as the front gate.

The visitor rings the Home, rather than choosing a household member from a list. The visitor experience is designed to keep your household’s member roster and presence private.

Free Home

Create a Home, join or invite members, and use the basic Bell to ring, receive and acknowledge a visitor’s arrival.

Home Premium

Add intercom, text chat, voice notes, push-to-talk audio and voice messages left by visitors who ring your Home.

Answering the Bell

Home members can view and join Bell interactions. One device handles the live interaction at a time; other eligible members wait.

Home pricing

Free Home: no subscription charge.

Home Premium initial price: US$2.99 per Home per month, with five members included. Add members for US$0.50 per additional member per month.

Home purchases and subscriptions will be handled in the app through Google Play. This website does not take payment or create app accounts.
